These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and AiccountingPros (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a certified public accounting firm located at 1013 Hope St, Stamford, CT 06907.
By accessing our website at aiccountingpros.ai, submitting a consultation request, or engaging any of our accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
AiccountingPros provides accounting and financial services including:
Full scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate engagement letter.
All services are governed by a signed engagement letter.
You agree to:
We are not responsible for errors due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
Fees are flat-rate or percentage-based as agreed.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise.
Late fees may apply after 30 days.
Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Disputes must be raised within 10 business days.
Government and third-party fees are not included unless stated.
Client deliverables are owned by you after full payment. All internal systems, tools, and materials remain property of AiccountingPros.
We maintain strict confidentiality under AICPA standards and applicable laws.
We do not provide legal or investment advice. Tax outcomes and projections are not guaranteed.
Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify AiccountingPros against claims arising from your actions, data, or legal violations.
Services may be terminated with notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
Disputes will first attempt informal resolution, then arbitration in Connecticut.
Website use is for informational purposes only and does not establish a client relationship.
You agree to receive electronic communications and records.
We may update these Terms with notice.
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
These Terms and related agreements form the complete agreement.
