Shahzad Khawaja, CPA is a corporate governance and enterprise risk management (ERM) leader with more than 25 years of global experience strengthening governance frameworks, transforming internal audit functions, and enhancing technology and cybersecurity risk oversight across complex organizations.

As CEO of Aiccounting Pros LLC, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, internal controls, cybersecurity risk, and enterprise transformation, helping organizations build resilient, compliant, and technology-enabled operating environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Khawaja has partnered closely with executive leadership, audit committees, and technology management to identify significant control gaps—particularly within IT general controls, cybersecurity environments, and digital platforms—and successfully led remediation programs that strengthened risk posture while supporting business growth.
